Alesia

Orthodontic Assistant, Dental Hygienist, & Lab Tech

Meet Alesia. She’s been with Island Ortho since 2000. You would never know it by her youthful appearance, but Alesia has been in the dental field for 28 years. Alesia obtained her dental hygiene license in 2001 and enjoys using this additional knowledge to help our patients with their dental hygiene. She also is a certified lab technician and helps to create retainers and other appliances for our patients. Alesia and her husband of 18 years, Neil, live in Orange Beach. They have three sons, Phoenix and twins Lincoln and Corbin. In her spare time, she enjoys running after her sons, yoga, and going to our beautiful beaches.

Rose

Treatment Coordinator, Project Manager, & Dental Hygienist

Meet Rose. She’s been with Island Ortho since 2001. Rose completed her assisting degree from Faulkner in 1999. With her incredible intellect and enthusiasm, she serves several roles at Island Orthodontics: Treatment Coordinator, Project Manager, and Orthodontic assistant. Rose’s enthusiasm for the dental field led her to pursue and obtain certification as a dental hygienist in 2002. Rose spends her time outside of the clinic busy with her 2 active boys, Nate and Anthony.

Tammy

Orthodontic Assistant &
Inventory Coordinator

Meet Tammy.  She joined Island Orthodontics in 2015. Tammy has worked as an orthodontic assistant since 2005. Tammy not only is an experienced orthodontic assistant but also helps with Inventory Control and is in charge of our 3D printing. She makes all of our retainers and in-house aligners. Tammy’s joyful personality keeps everyone smiling and patients often see her dancing in the clinic. Tammy keeps busy outside of the office with her three daughters and 8 grandchildren.

Hannah

Office Coordinator

Meet Hannah. Hannah has been at Island Orthodontics since 2015. She is gifted in serving our patients as our Office Coordinator and ensuring they know they are our #1 priority. Hannah and her husband, Jace have a busy home life with their daughter, Luna Elaine and 4 fur babies! Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with friends & family, shopping and going to the beach. Hannah’s favorite thing about working at Island Ortho is her friendship with the Island Girls and building relationships with all our patients, partnerships, & the community.

Amy

Scheduling Coordinator

Meet Amy. She’s been with Island Ortho since 2017. Amy has worked in the dental field for 26 years. Her positive personality was an immediate fit for Island Orthodontics. Amy is our Scheduling Coordinator and will help you find the most convenient times for your orthodontic appointments. Amy and her husband, Wade, have been married for 20 years. They have 3 children, Tyler, Ashley, and Matthew. Amy enjoys gardening, trips to the beach, spending time with her kids and long walks with her husband.

Ashton

Orthodontic Assistant

Meet Ashton. She’s been with Island Ortho since 2016! Ashton became a nationally certified Dental Assistant in 2010. Along with an Associate Degree in Applied Science in Dental Assisting Technology. She enjoys working in the clinic to help each patient achieve the smile they deserve. She believes in making patients comfortable and educating them all about their oral health.

Ceirra

Orthodontic Assistant

Meet Ceirra. Ceirra has been at Island Orthodontics since 2019. She never meets a stranger and can talk to you about anything! She recently finished orthodontic treatment, so she can relate to all of your braces experiences. She has 2 children, Evian and Liam, and a dog, Mallie. She loves to catch rays at the beach but also loves being at home, creating arts and crafts. She loves anything and everything pink. Her favorite food is Mexican food. Ceirra is a very loyal person and is often seen around the office putting others before herself. In her words, "My family and friends mean the world to me!"

Gloria

Orthodontic Assistant

Meet Gloria. Gloria has been at Island Orthodontics since 2019. She is our bilingual assistant and one of her favorite parts is translating and assisting our Spanish-speaking patients so they fully understand their treatment and feel at home in our office. Outside of work she loves spending time with her family, traveling whenever she gets the chance, and enjoying a good seafood boil. She is always up for an adventure! Orthodontics during the week, little adventures on the weekend. 

Noemy

Orthodontic Assistant & Scheduling Coordinator

Meet Noemy. Noemy joined Island Orthodontics in 2022 after excelling in the Coastal Alabama Dental Assisting Program. Noemy has an interesting work history of working in a veterinarian clinic for 6 years, so she brings a unique perspective to our office. She is also bilingual and helps our Spanish-speaking patients. She enjoys traveling and going shopping in her free time. She also loves spending time with her family, as well as doing makeup and hair. She loves everything pink and cheetah print. Noemy has a sweet spirit that you’ll instantly love!

Shyanne

Orthodontic Assistant

Meet Shyanne. Shyanne is a Baldwin County native who joined the Island Orthodontics team in 2024. She was previously working as an oral surgery assistant. When she's not at work, she loves being with her family at the river and shopping. Her favorite thing about orthodontics is getting to know her patients. Each time they come back for follow-up visits, she's excited to hear what's new in their lives. Shyanne has fit right in with the rest of our team, and we're thankful to have her!
